Hey all, now with this “day streak” feature still being fairly new, it comes to no surprise that there are some glitches, mainly in the seventh day streaks.
In some forums and on social media, Pokémon Go trainers are expressing their problems with the seventh day streak, with a variety of different concerns.
Most of the concerns are about the seventh day streak not appearing in the journal, despite receiving the streak notification.
However there are some others who are experiencing other difficulties, with trainers receiving the notification with the amount of items earned but when they check their items list, it’s a completely different amount of items compared to what the notification said.
An example of this is when a player stated on Reddits forum The Sliph Road “When I spun the stop I saw 20+ items, check journal and it showed 3 items, check inventory and I only received the 3 items. My Poke-balls went from 72 to 74 despite seeming almost 10 Poke-balls when I spun the 7 streak stop”.
The most common problem amongst these trainers seems to be that ,when they receive the notification about the seventh day streak with all the items listed below, but instead only receive three items.
The most unusual part is that it seems to always been three items received instead of the expected amount, and according to forums this problem is occurring on both iOS and Android, so it effects all players.
Hopefully Niantic sees these complaints and works on fixing the problem soon, as it looks as if this problem is spreading rapidly.
So for those who are a day or two away from your seventh day streaks, you may be getting a little nervous but I assume Niantic will be quick to fix this bug.
