Problems For iOS Users- pokemon go

Hey all, it seems as if as soon as Niantic does something amazing like introducing Ditto into the game, there is just someone else out there who complains about something else.

Recently there has been a number of Pokémon Go players complaining about their apps not working properly, for the past couple of months now.


According to these players who have expressed their struggles on Reddits The Silph Road, their apps haven’t been working since the buddy update in early September.

From what the trainers have said it looks as if this is completely localised for iOS users and so for those who have Androids, you do not need to worry.

However, this looks to be incredibly frustrating for iOS users as the problems in the game apparently appear on a daily basis.

According to these trainers their apps need to be restarted at least three times before they start working properly.

The common symptoms of their apps are all sightings being blank with no gyms or Poke-stops or no buddy Pokémon appearing at all.

But after a few restarts everything starts to work normally again, however this is still frustrating as it sometimes requires more than three or four restarts.

I am unsure if this bug has travelled to all iOS users but it seems to be happening to a lot of trainers, and as a result there has been a great deal of complaints on Reddit this week.

Considering how long this has apparently been happening for, its surprising that these trainers haven’t complained earlier about these bugs.

Hopefully Niantic hears these trainers’ complaints and fixes this bug as soon as possible, as there looks to be too many complaints to just simply ignore it.
